Position yourself for a new beginning that will follow the changes of teh last months that have brought you to a place of order and in alignment with my plans and purposes. Yield at this time to the moving of My Spirit as I bring you out of a dpiritual desert. And trust Me in you life, your5 purpose, and destiny, says the Lord. You are embarking on a new day!The craziest part is that I so feel that. It is the final few days of the 30 day fast and I so feel that God is about to thrust me forward. He has brought me out of the drought I was in for a few months where I felt like I couldn't hear him, and couldn't pray, and couldn't worship and has brought me back into a true relationship with him. I am so thankful for this feeling and for this confirmation and I am ready to embark on this new day in God!!!!

Spirit of Prophecy
Every week day I get two email devotionals forwarded to me from my cousin's ex best friend, long story for another time -
But one of those emails is called the Spirit of Prophecy Builletin and it so speaks to me like EVERYDAY.
But today really hit me, it said:

It's not a season, it's a new day
I have made a new decision, that wehn given the oportnity and od leads me I will step up to the plate.
I have decided that I am going to start doing more of the things that terrify me and make me uncomfortable, more of the things that the Anissa I knew would never do.
I am going to start volunteering my gifts and talents more. I am going to start using my voice more.
When I feel the Holy Spirit leading, that warming in my belly, I will follw it.
I took that step on Friday night at the leadership meeting, and shared, contrary to everything that my flesh wanted.
I am in an entirely new place with God. The more in his word I get the bolder I get. And I just keep reminding myself that God is bigger than anything and that Giants do die, even my Giants of fear are dying.....
Nope I'm not perfect, and I haven't answered every single call. But hey, life is a journey.....

30 Day Leaders Fast
So Today, 9/11/2013, marks DAy 1 of the 30 Day Leaders Fast.
During this fast the leaders of FFEM (all 18 of us) are giving up meat. I ahve decided to also give up Social Networking (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pintrest, and Tagged).
We are pryaing for purity in the house, jobs, growth, and wisdom for the house.
I think the purity part is going to be the biggest part for me. There are so many things in me that need to be purged out and I am believing God that they will be in these next 30 days. I am believing with no doubt!!!
I also would love a new job. One that pays more and is MUCH closer to home. I have a desire now to be mroe available for the ministry which makes me more available for the kingdom.
There are a lot of voided places that I think I could fill if I had more time to do it. And making more would also mean being able to contribute more, not just to my ministry but to the kingdom asz a whole. I have the desire not only to make the finances at FFEM start to become abundance but also to hemlp with the Mission Bread of Life closet and to sow into Faith Fellowship what I can. I also believe that more money needs to be devoted to our kids because there is so much more that we should/could be doing with them.
The scriptures that Pastor gave us to start this Fast were Malachai 4 and Luke 20. Both of them are powerful scriptures that I think are going to bring a powerful change in the leaders so that it will bring a powerful change in the house.
I am so excited to see what God is about to do in Focused Family Evangelistic Ministries. I believe that his about to do something supernatural and that anyone connected to this house, no matter how faint, is about to reap the blessings of this as well.
Please keep my family (church) in prayer as we embark on doing what has been spoken to our UnderShepherd through the Holy Spirit.
Amen

Check-In
So since I realize that I really miss writing this year I have decided to try again to keep up with this thing.
So today is day 6 of the year. It is also the birthday of my "sister" Sheila. Not going to go through the whole thing of who sheila is just gonna say happy birthday sissy.
But today in the journey; well this weekend in the journey, I realized (was reminded
0 that people aren't alway who they say they are or about what they say they're about.
Most people are in this life to see just how much they can get from you before you cut them off.
I also realized that the ones who cling to you first are not the ones who are always in for the long haul.
The ones who take a while to tell you they love you and to call you sibling are the ones who have tried and tested you and are true to what they are saying.
Because I am being taught to speak life I will let the negative aspect go and just say that I truly love my sister Amber. She is proving herself to be a rider for real. And the thing with me is that I am fiercely loyal and once you prove yourself to me you have my support for life.
I think Amby is a lifelonger........
Well tomorrow is Monday as my sis kept reminding me and that means back to the hustle and bustle or daily life + ministry.
I guess the weekends are my favorite because I can focus on just ministry and get a little breather......
SN: This blog is more like a diary. What more can I say....alot is like a vent page and Growth is about my spiritual journey(I think)

Day 1, Page 1, Chapter 1, Verse 1
Welcome to 2013!!!
So this year there are no resolutions.
There is only the decision to be available to wherever God is taking me and to continually say yes.
Whether the circumstance is uncomfortable of not my answer will be YES
I am dying to my flesh.
No more hurt feels, jealousies, lust. I am going to be the vessel that God created me to be if it kills me, which it should.
I want so badly to be a reflection of my heavenly father that when the world sees me they do not see me but Him who is living and dwelling in me.
I am thankful for this new place in which to do this.
I love my FFEM fam. -- Through our ups and downs, good days and bad days, rights and wrongs we are family. We are growing together, we are becoming different peopler each and everyday. Most of us have the common goal of wanting to walk in our God given destiny which makes it easier to be who we are supposed to.
I'm learning more and more everyday.
My quest is that God will show me me so that he can perfect me for ministry..
I so badly want to be in a more perfected place with him. To be where I should be and to walk in the calling that He has given me.
I have finally accepted it and am now just at a place where I want to learn more about where he wants me to be and be taught how to do it correctly.
If you're too comfortable, you're not growing......
